Twice a year, Sheriff Ronny Theriot of St. Martin Parish sponsors a lunch for the seniors of lower St. Martin Parish. This year the winter lunch was held in the Stephensville Elementary School gym on Saturday, Jan. 31.

Friday morning, narcotic agents with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on Huval Lane in Henderson and discovered a significant amount of methamphetamine, alprazolam, counterfeit money, and several assault weapons.
