HENDERSON MAN BOOKED ON DRUG AND FIREARM CHARGES

Friday morning, narcotic agents with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant on Huval Lane in Henderson and discovered a significant amount of methamphetamine, alprazolam, counterfeit money, and several assault weapons.

Toby Gautreaux, 40, of Henderson, was arrested on suspicion of a list of offenses, including:

· Possession of marijuana, a Schedule I controlled dangerous substance (CDS)

· Possession with intent to distribute Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine)

· Possession with intent to distribute Schedule II CDS (Alprazolam)

· Possession of Schedule II CDS (Amphetamine)

· Illegal carrying of weapons in the presence of a CDS

· Monetary instrument abuse (possession of counterfeit money)

· Possession of drug paraphernalia

He was booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center.
