A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Friday, Jan. 23, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church for Joseph Laify Noel, 63, who passed away on Monday, Jan. 19, 2015, at Heart Hospital of Lafayette.
Interment followed at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Breaux Bridge.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
