The annual Channel 10 “FOOD FOR FAMILIES” FoodNet Drive will be held on Tuesday Dec. 8.
Donations may be dropped off at the Veterans Home in Breaux Bridge from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.
All collections from the FoodNet Food drive will be distributed to the needy within St. Martin Parish.
The project to widen and improve the stretch of the interstate from the Atchafalaya bridge to Breaux Bridge has been amended to include roundabout intersections where each on/off ramp crosses LA 347. The plan was discussed at the Nov. 9 town council meeting.
