Late Saturday afternoon, narcotic agents with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Brock Robin, 27, of Breaux Bridge, in connection with the narcotics search warrant that was executed last Tuesday on Rene O. Guidry Road in Henderson.
Two people were arrested Tuesday, July 21.
Mayor Thomas Nelson has issued a warning about a telephone scam targeting customers of St. Martinville’s electric utility system.
These scammers have claimed to be employees of CLECO who are working with the City of St. Martinville to try to prevent utility cutoffs, Nelson said.
Three Louisiana jockeys, including two brothers from the Grand Anse area of St. Martin Parish, were arrested on suspicion of fixing races at Evangeline Downs.

Deputies with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office are seeking the whereabouts of Nathan Russo, 39, in connection with an outstanding warrant for theft and narcotics possession.
Russo's last known address was in the 300 Block of Margaret St. in St. Martinville.
