Zoning variances ‘not needed’ in Breaux Bridge

LAFAYETTE MAN STILL BEING SOUGHT ON OUTSTANDING WARRANT FOR SIMPLE BURGLARY OF AN ARNAUDVILLE RESIDENCE

Investigators with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office are still seeking the whereabouts of Toby Celestine, 38, Lafayette, who last resided in the 400 block of Carter Street, Lafayette. He may also be in the St. Martinville area.

NO WAKE ZONE BEING LIFTED

Last month, due to high water from excessive rainfall, St. Martin Parish President Guy Cormier declared an emergency declaration for “No Wake” in the Stephensville and Belle River areas of lower St. Martin Parish.
Due to the current water level status, the No Wake Zone is being lifted.
