Investigators with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Toby Celestine, 38, who last resided in the 400 block of Carter Street, Lafayette.
He may also be in the St. Martinville area.

CASTILLE, Theodore, 34, 400 block of Skipper St., Breaux Bridge; failure to notify law enforcement of address change, failure to obtain sex offender ID card (BBPD).
Breaux Bridge City Police was dispatched to Walmart on Saturday, April 11, in reference to three women pushing carts of unpaid items out of the store.
One of the women has been identified as Pamela Thorns of Crowley. BBPD has been unable to locate her at this time.

A 23-year-old Breaux Bridge man was jailed May 6 on a charge of second degree cruelty of a juvenile in connection with the injury of an infant.
