Bonjour!
Curtis “PT” Boudreaux: a quiet, reserved man he was, never having much to say. He was known for his compassion for others and love for his family. I remember when we were young he had a mild stutter. He’d make small comical remarks with always having a little grin on his lips. He was cool.

The recent bad weather did have a direct effect on me if nobody else in the vicinity. I turned on my TV on a Wednesday morning and watched the weather, then did a few computer things at which point I lost my internet service.

An Article of Faith

There are times when our weakness or burden overwhelms our ability to pray. The weight of a lost friend, a lost child, or a lost world can bury us in despair. But God does not leave us helpless. He has sent His Spirit to reside in us so that we will have the ability to cry out in ways even beyond our reach.

The rains have finally ceased, thank goodness. At least temporarily. My yard is still a bit soggy and unfortunately my 4-month-old puppy has found the soft soil perfect for digging holes. Nevertheless, the sun shone this afternoon and it was heavenly. The cooler weather is also pretty nice. Great sleeping weather.
