New Orleans Woman Charged With Cyber Stalking and Online Impersonation

On July 29, 2013 an investigation was initiated in the Parks area of St. Martin Parish in reference to an alleged cyber stalking and online impersonation occurring between an adult and a juvenile. Through the course of an extensive cyber investigation, criminal acts were discovered which led to an Arrest Warrant obtained for a subject identified as Tashia Bienvenu Seeba, from New Orleans, Louisiana. Ms. Seeba was arrested by Deputies with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office in St. Martinville on October 25, 2013. She was booked in to the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center on the following charges and her bond has been set at $7,000.00:
