The St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office says foul play is not suspected.
The entire Arnaudville Water System is down for an undetermined amount of time due to an electrical problem at the well site, reports utility supervisor Ron Turner.
"The system will be back up ASAP," he said.
There will be a boil Advisory issued when the system is turned on.
