Born Leola Marie Bienvenu on December 11, 1930, to the late Leola Durand Bienvenu and C.T. Bienvenu, Sister Mary Roland, R.S.M. grew up in St. Martinville. An older sister, Ethel Mae, died in infancy, so Lolie was the only surviving daughter among four brothers – C. Thomas Bienvenu Sr., Roland G. Bienvenu Sr., Leonard P. Bienvenu Sr.

Kim Bennett Signorelli

St. Martinville – A graveside memorial service for Kim Bennett Signorelli will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2014, at the St. Michael Mausoleum. Father Ed Degeyter will conduct the service.
Kim passed away Sunday, October 19, 2014, at a Shreveport hospital after a brief illness. He was 52.

Breaux Bridge – Funeral services will be held at Pellerin Funeral Home Chapel in Breaux Bridge (Day & Time pending), for Sigrid Bienvenu Taraldsen, 90, who passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2014, at Camelot of Broussard.
Visitation times are currently pending.

Raymond Thibodeaux Sr.

Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, Nov. 8, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Raymond Thibodeaux Sr., 75, who passed away on Thursday, November 6, 2014.
Interment followed at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge.

Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2014, at St. Joseph Catholic Church for Camile Earl Weber II.
Visiting hours were observed from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Wednesday and continued on Thursday at 8 a.m. until 1:15 pm, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Cecilia.
