Arnaudville – Shelia Gibbs Bernard, 59, passed away on Monday, Nov. 16, 2015.
She is survived by her husband, Emery Bernard Jr.; her sons, Al Weaver, Aaron Bernard and Shane Bernard; her daughter, Mrs. Donald (LaResa) Keenum; 11 grandchildren; her mother, Betty J. Gibbs; and her sister, Lena Kuhn.
Lafayette – A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 28, at St. Barnabas Episcopal Church for Samuel Charles, 86, who passed away on Friday, Nov. 20, 2015, at Maison de Lafayette.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at church from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Saturday.
Henderson – A memorial service will be held at a later date for Guy Joseph Dugas, 52, who passed away on Thursday, November 19, 2015.
He is survived by his daughter, Domonique Danielle Dugas; a grandson; and his father, Jerry Dugas.
He was preceded in death by mother, Peggy Guidry; and his sister, Monique Dugas.
Breaux Bridge - Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 25, at Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge for James “Jimbo” Ray Franks, 52, who passed away on Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015.
Cecilia – A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25, at St. Joseph Catholic Church for Peggy LeBlanc Guidry, 74, who passed away on Monday, Nov. 23, at Lafayette General Medical Center.
Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Cecilia.
