Cecilia – A Funeral Service was held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2016, at St. Joseph Catholic Church for Cecile “Cyl” Marks Wyble, 64, who passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2016.
St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Monday, June 13, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church for Goldie Champagne, 88, who died on Friday, June 10, 2016.
Interment followed at St. Michael Cemetery.
Breaux Bridge – Lyndon Craig Applewhite, 73, passed away on Tuesday, June 7, 2016, at Heart Hospital of Lafayette.
Lyndon honorably served his country in the United States Army and completed two tours of duty in Vietnam.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas G. Applewhite.
