Breaux Bridge – A Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 19, at Pellerin Funeral Home for William J. “Billy” Ahysen Jr., 80, who passed away on Friday, Dec. 11, 2015, at his residence.
Visiting hours will be observed at the funeral home from 9 a.m. until time of service on Saturday.
Interment will follow at Methodist Cemetery in St. Martinville.
He is survived by his loving spouse, Frances Pellegal Ahysen; daughters, Mrs. Michael (Terrie) L. Reagle of Lafayette, Mrs. Johnny (Deneen) A. Giles of Comer, Ga.; son, Rick Ahysen Sr. of Waggamana; eight grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; three brothers and three sisters.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge is in charge of arrangements.
