Thomas Peter Ambroise

St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 26, at Notre Dame Catholic Church for Thomas Peter Ambroise, 78, who passed away on Monday, Aug. 22, 2016, at New Iberia Manor North.
Visiting hours will be observed at Notre Dame Catholic Church from 7 a.m. until time of services on Friday.
Interment will follow at Union Baptist Cemetery.
He is survived by his daughter, Fannie A. Edwards of Houston, Texas; sister, Mrs. Calden (Marion) Francis of St. Martinville; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Yvette Adams; sisters, Corita Bobb, Rita Kerlegan and Thelma Hypolite; brothers, Clonie, Lawrence Jr. and Edward Ambroise; and one grandchild.
Pellerin Funeral Home of St. Martinville is in charge of arrangements.
