Russel ‘Buck’ Savoy

Ft. Walton Beach, Fla. – A memorial service will be held at a later date for Russel “Buck” Savoy, 71, who died on Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2015.
A native of St. Martiville, he had a home in Fort Walton Beach for the past 40 years and had retired there.
Survivors include his wife, Jackie Savoy; a borther, Darrell Savoy of St. Martinville; and sisters, Donna of Kansas, and Elaine, Darlene and Glenda, all of St. Martinville; and many neices, nephews, relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Annette Savoy; a son, Jacob Savoy; his parents, Louis and Effie Molbert Savoy; two brothers, Marty and Sidney “Peabody” Dean Savoy; and a sister, Shelly.
He will be sadly missed by his family and many friends.
