Paul ‘Jerry’ Jerrold Andrus

Breaux Bridge – A Funeral Service was held at 11 a.m. on Friday, February 10, 2017, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Paul “Jerry” Jerrold Andrus, 67, who passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2017.
Visiting hours were observed at the funeral home from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Thursday and continued on Friday at 7 a.m. until 11 a.m.
Pastor Sherman Soileau officiated at the Funeral Service. Interment followed at Lafayette Memorial Park in Lafayette.
Jerry worked as an Operations Manager in the oil field industry for many years. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. Jerry loved and served the Lord in all capacities, which included serving as a Deacon at Henderson Bible Church, was a member and served at Parks Baptist and Teche Baptist Churches, and he was also associated with the Shepherd Group and BSF Men’s Fellowship Group. Jerry enjoyed fellowship with others, cooking, fishing, golfing, and especially flying. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Worley Andrus; his daughter, Michelle Andrus Broussard and husband Shannon; his son, Mark Anthony Andrus; his brother, Abby Andrus and wife Kim; his sister, Margarita Sue Farrell and husband Mike; and his grandchildren, Jordan Broussard, Jacob Broussard, Myca Broussard and Brycen Andrus.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Jerrold “C.J.” and Betty Jo Katy Andrus.
Pallbearers were Jacob Broussard, Jordan Broussard, Craig Fossier, Chad Baudoin, Brandon Worley and Toby Legrand.
Honorary pallbearers were the Shepherd Group and BSF Men’s Fellowship Group.
The family would like to give special thanks to Lourdes Oncology, St. Joseph Hospice and St. Joseph Carpenter House for the care and support during Jerry’s time of need.
