Leland Guidry Sr.

Breaux Bridge – A Funeral Service was held on Sunday, March 13, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Leland Guidry Sr., 71, who passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge.
Entombment followed at Calvary Cemetery in Lafayette.
He is survived by his spouse of 50 years, Sue Jeansonne Guidry; son, Leland Guidry Jr. of St. Martinville; daughters, Mrs. Tommy (Tina) Faul of Scott and Christine Penn of Lafayette; brothers, Chester Guidry of Breaux Bridge, Frank Guidry Jr. and Maurice Guidry of Arnaudville, Russell Guidry of Port Barre and Francis Guidry of Cecilia; sisters, Mrs. Earl (Lena) Richard of Leonville, Mrs. Bryant (Aline) Broussard of Breaux Bridge, and Mrs. Brent (Lucy) LeBlanc, Mrs. Brian (Kathy) Meche and Sylvia Guidry, all of Arnaudville; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Joycelyn M. Guidry; and his brothers, Jerry, Ronald and William Guidry.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge was in charge of arrangements.
