Parks – Funeral Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 20, at St. Louis Chapel for Joseph Weston “Pompooh “Chilly” Ambrose Jr., 74, who passed away on Friday, June 12, 2015, at St. Agnes Healthcare & Rehab Center.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed at St. Louis Chapel from 8 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. A rosary will be prayed at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Interment will follow at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Breaux Bridge.
He is survived by his brothers, Joseph A. Ambrose of Parks and Joseph C. Ambrose of St. Martinville.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Irma Jean Ambrose; his brother, Julius Ambrose; and his sister, Mary E. Ambrose.
