Gustave Aucoin Jr.

St. Martinville – Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 30, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church for Gustave Aucoin Jr., 91, who passed away on Friday, Dec. 25, 2015.
Visiting hours will be observed at the funeral home from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. on Wednesday.
Inurnment will follow at St. Michael Cemetery.
He is survived by his loving spouse of 25 years, Roxy Woodall Aucoin; sons, Mark Aucoin and David Aucoin of Vanclive, Miss.; and daughter, Catherine Lanclos; 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by former wife, Betty Aucoin; daughter, JoAnne Breaux; son, Gustave Aucoin III; brothers, Earl J., Andy, Hubert “Snake,” Andrew Sr. and Damusca Aucoin; and sisters, Anna Derise, Gertrude A. Broussard, Odile A. Venable, Alberta A. Boudoin and Mary Ruth A. Boudreaux.
