Emery Mallet

Arnaudville – A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Tuesday, Sept. 29, at St. John Francis Regis Catholic Church for Emery “Tim” Mallet, 93, who passed away on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2015, at Lafayette General Medical Center.
Interment followed at St. John Francis Regis Cemetery.
Mr. Mallet was a veteran of World War II, honorably serving his country in the United States Army.
He is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Leola Devillier Mallet; his son, Robert Mallet; four daughters, Mrs. Deke (Wilda) Dekerlegand, Connie M. Hargrave, Mrs. Bob (Freida) Patterson, and Mrs. Wendell (Kayla) Taylor; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Lee Mallet; and two sisters, Beunice Marks and Lillis Hebert.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Arnaudville was in charge of arrangements.
