Dorville Broussard Jr.

Breaux Bridge - A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 8, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for Dorville “Bullon” Broussard Jr., 87, who passed away on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016, at St. Martin Hospital.
Visiting hours will be observed at the funeral home from 6 a.m. until 9 .a.m on Saturday.
Interment will follow at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery.
He is survived by his two sons, Eugene Broussard Sr. and Archie Broussard of Clovis, N.M.; brothers, James Broussard of Duson, Dorsey Broussard, Robert Broussard and Dan Broussard all of Houston, Texas; sisters, Ida Adrams of Breaux Bridge and Edna Enord of Lafayette, and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice Broussard; brothers, Dalton Broussard and Daltez Broussard; sisters, Elevine Jolivette and Arline Jean Batiste.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge, 211 Berard St., is in charge of arrangements.
