He is survived by his parents, Frank M. Wolinsk Jr. and Susan A. Wolinski of Breaux Bridge; his son, Curtis L. Parker of West Monroe; his brothers, Shanon Wolinski of Violet and Casey Wolinski of Breaux Bridge; his sister, Michelle Wolinski of Chalmette; and his paternal grandmother, Anna Wolinski of Breaux Bridge.
