Cecilia – A Memorial Service was held on Monday, May 25, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Barbara Arline Owens, 80, who passed away on Thursday, May 21, 2015.
Inurnment followed at Lafayette Memorial Gardens in Lafayette.
She is survived by her son, Charles “Tony” Owens; her daughter, Mrs. Douglas (Sherry) Fischer Sr. of Pearl River, Mrs. Ronnie (Anita) Bonin Sr. of Livingston, Mrs. Wayne (Tina) Olivier of Cecilia and Mrs. Kenneth (Linda) Landry of Breaux Bridge; her brothers, Howard Goforth of Refugio, Texas, and Bill D. Goforth of Georgetown, Texas; 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren; and her companion, Wilbert Dejean of Calico Rock, Ark.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Pete” Owens; and her brother, Henry Goforth.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Cecilia was in charge of arrangements.
