Azma S. Goodie

Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 14, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for Azma Soloman Goodie, 91, who passed away on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2015.
Visiting hours will be observed from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. on Saturday at the Carver Street Chapel.
She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Joseph B. Goodie; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her sons, Elton, Melvin and Shelton Goodie; her daughters, Velma Goodie and Mary Lewis; her brother, Junior Soloman; and her sisters, Edith S. William, Elvish S. Borel, Mae S. Davis, Mary S. Borel and Denise S. Celestine.
Pellerin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
