Anna Louise T. Patin Huval
Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 24, 2016, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Parks for Anna Louise T. Patin Huval, 76, who passed away on Saturday, May 21, 2016, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.
Visiting hours were observed at the funeral home from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Monday and continued on Tuesday at 7 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. A rosary was prayed at 7 p.m. on Monday.
Fr. Ed Degeyter officiated at the Mass of Christian Burial. Scriptures were read by Tommy Huval and Carolyn Blanchard. Gift bearers were Danielle P. Blanton, Megan Patin and Amanda Bearb.
Interment followed at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge.
Anna Louise was a member of the Louisiana Ladies Auxiliary Association. She enjoyed to shop, sew, read, travel and cook. Her favorite thing to do was to listen to music and dance. She was a beautiful soul inside and out. Her family will miss her dearly.
She is survived by her daughters, Tina (Perry) Bearb and Nicole Green (Troy Louivere); sons, Bryan (Sandra) Patin and Tony Patin; husband, Patrick Huval; sisters, Mabel T. Romero and Cynthia T. Johnson; grandchildren, Danielle Patin Blanton, Joshua Bearb, Megan Patin, Amanda Bearb, Tyler Green, Ruthie P. Broussard, Patricia P. Dupre, Kristi Patin, Elizabeth Patin and Caleb Patin; and 10 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her former husband and the love of her life, Ransdall “Billy Boy” Patin; parents, Maurice and Martha C. Theriot; granddaughters, Tiffanie Bearb and Infant Megan Patin; and sisters, Verlie T. Boudreaux and Anna Belle T. Huval.
Pallbearers were Bryan Patin, Joshua Bearb, Tyler Green, Perry Bearb, Tommy Huval and Troy Louviere.
Honorary pallbearers were Dale Huval, Paul Johnson, Brent Boudreaux, and Hunter and Briley Blanton.
The family would like to thank Synergy Hospice and Home Care and her daughter, Tina Bearb, for the wonderful care they provided during Anna Louise’s time in need.
