Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, April 3, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Daniel Richard, 85, who passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at his residence.
Interment followed at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2.
He is survived by his spouse, Stella Breaux Richard; sons, Darrell J., Justin M. and Kenneth Richard; daughters, Mrs. Norbert (Brenda) Krieg II, Jolene Richard, Mrs. Randy (Nita) Frederick and Mrs. Chad (Jennifer) Sonnier; 21 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Hilton, Raymond, Howard, Irvin, Joseph and Milton Richard; and his sisters, Artimese Lalonde, Clemence R. Alleman, Lena R. Boudreaux and Barbara Richard.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge was in charge of arrangements.
