Two busted for meth in Catahoula
Catahoula – On Thursday, Jan. 12, following a purchase of methamphetamine by an undercover drug agent, St. Martin Sheriff’s deputies arrested two Catahoula residents.
Taken into custody were Stephen Derouselle, 35, and Katie Latiolais, 48, both of Catahoula. A search of a residence in the 1000 block of St. Rita Hwy revealed the presence of meth, currency and distribution supplies.
The two were taken to the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center and charged with possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute, possession of Clonazepam, possession in a drug-free zone, transactions involving the proceeds of illegal drug sales and possession of drug paraphernalia.
No bond has been set at this time.
