Patsy Ann Theriot

Catahoula – A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2016, at Dion Hall for Patsy Ann Simoneaux Theriot, 72, who passed away on Friday, December 2, 2016.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. on Saturday at Dion Hall, 4452 Catahoula Hwy. (Hwy. 96), Catahoula.
A rosary will be prayed at 10 a.m. on Saturday.
Rev. Richard Fabre will officiate at the Memorial Service.
Interment will follow at Our Lady of the Lake Cemetery in Catahoula.
Patsy was retired with the St. Martin Parish School System, where she worked in the school cafeteria for 22 years. As a pastime she enjoyed crocheting, camping, and cooking. She will greatly be missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph Leroy Theriot; sons, Adley J. Theriot and wife Bridget of St. Martinville, Leon J. Theriot and wife Tallie of St. Martinville, and Luke A. Theriot and wife Naomi of Parks; daughter, Darnell “Cricket” Barras and husband Ed of Parks; brothers, Richard Simoneaux and wife Diane of French Settlement, Lawrence L. Simoneaux and wife Barbara of St. Martinville, and Wade W. Simoneaux and wife Laura of St. Martinville; 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Adam and Lucy Johnson Simoneaux; son, Adam Louis “Peter” Theriot; grandson, Jude Adam Barras; and brother, Charles Simoneaux.
