Nolan Thomassee Sr.

Cecilia – A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday, Sept. 20, at St. Joseph Catholic Church for Nolan “Pappy” Thomassee Sr., 67, who passed away on Thursday, Sept. 15, 2016.
Interment followed at St. Joseph Cemetery.
He is survived by his loving spouse of 45 years, Sandra Smith Thomassee; sons, Dwayne Thomassee and Nolan Thomassee Jr.; brothers, Carrol, Paul and Gerald Thomassee; sisters, Lillie Zeringue, Georgie Boutte and Mrs Chester (Laida) Berard; and five grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Michelle Angelle; a grandson; brothers, Ernest and Louis Thomassee Jr.; sister, Sue Alice Guidry.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Cecilia was in charge of arrangements.
