Mary ‘Marie’ Louise D. Perry

Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, June 24, 2016, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church for Mary “Marie” Louise D. Perry, 82, who passed away on Friday, June 17, 2016, at her residence.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 7 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. on Friday at Pellerin Funeral Home – Carver Street Chapel. A rosary will be prayed at 8 a.m. on Friday.
Rev. Joseph Campion will officiate at the Funeral Mass. Interment will follow at St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery in Breaux Bridge.
Marie was a devout Catholic who enjoyed going to church. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Marie will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is survived by two sons, Jerry Perry and Steven Ray Perry and wife Mary; her daughter, Sharon Perry and husband Loggis Sampy, all of Breaux Bridge; six grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by parents, Raymond and Emmerite Castille Davis; her husband, Harry Paul Perry; her brothers, Clifton Davis Sr. and Paul Davis; and her sisters, Angelina Abraham, Grace Celestine, Cecilia Boyd, Mildred Sylvester, Theresa Gary and Yola Sylvester.
Pallbearers will be Steven Ray Perry, Alton Perry, Harry Perry, Brandon Perry, Chris Perry and Loggis Perry.
Honorary pallbearers will be Loggis Sampy and Clovis Sylvester.
Pellerin Funeral Home (Carver Street Chapel), 416 Dauterive St., (337-332-2111) is in charge of arrangements.
