Justin Alan ‘Bootz’ Trahan

Lafayette – Funeral services were held on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at 10 a.m. in La Chapelle de Martin & Castille for Justin Alan “Bootz” Trahan, 22, who died on Friday, November 27, 2015.
Entombment was in St. Bernard Mausoleum #2 in Breaux Bridge.
Deacon Marcel “Butch” Hebert conducted the funeral service. Lector wass Eva Veronie-Rubin.
Survivors include his parents, Weston “Wes” and Lara Dever Trahan; his sisters, Tonya Trahan and Destiny Trahan; his grandparents, John and Emilie Dever of Breaux Bridge, and Jimmy and Betty Trahan of Lafayette; his nieces, Ashlie and Shai Miller; his nephews, Kyle, Brent, and Adam Miller: two uncles, Bart Dever (Chantelle) and Andy Trahan (Sandy); one aunt, Kim Dever Thibodeaux (Sean); and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his aunt, Tammy Trahan Begnaud Vincent and her spouse, Gerald Begnaud; and his brother, Jeremy Trahan.
Pallbearers were Jake Dever, Blaine Fuselier, Justin Fontenot, Trey Junker, Scott Begnaud and Branson Theriot.
Honorary Pallbearers were Ashton Trahan, Zack Robinson, Kyle Miller and Brent Miller.
Visitation was observed in Martin & Castille’s DOWNTOWN location on Monday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Tuesday from 8 a.m. until time of service.
