Cecilia – Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 4, 2015, at 10:30 at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church for Emma Charles, 58.
Interment will be held at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery in Cecilia.
Emma Charles, 58, daughter of Jules Charles and the late Elodie Charles, was born on February 1, 1957.
She leaves in God’s loving hands her father, Jules Charles of Arnaudville; two sisters; Theresa Singleton of Henderson and Sharon Charles of Lafayette; four brothers, Danny Charles (Pot) of Cecilia, Donald Charles (Shirley) of Breaux Bridge, Stephen Charles of Arnaudville and Dennis Charles of Lafayette,; four children, Tamika Vallot (Irvin) and Shanan Charles, both of Arnaudville, and Marvin and Lewey Charles, both of St. Martinville; eight grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 4, 2015, from 7 to 9:30 a.m. at Kinchen Funeral Home in Lafayette.
Kinchen Funeral Home Inc., 1011 North Saint Antoine Street, Lafayette, is in charge of arrangements.
