Nelson J. LeBlanc

St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, Aug. 22, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church for Nelson “Spot” Joseph LeBlanc, 74, who passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2015, at his residence.
Interment followed at St. Michael Cemetery in St. Martinville.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Boudoin LeBlanc; his daughter, Mrs. Danny (Deanna) Delahoussaye; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; his step children, Milton J. Boudoin Jr., Mona Simon, Tammy Boudoin, Connif Boudoin, Dana Carte and Brandi Fitch; two brothers, Charles “Hippie” LeBlanc and Robert “Bobby” LeBlanc; sisters, Mary Lou Frederick, Mrs. Larry (Aline) Braquet and Dorothy Jeansonne.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ann Blanchard LeBlanc; and his brother, Nicholas LeBlanc Jr.
Pellerin Funeral Home of St. Martinville was in charge of arrangements.
