Sybil C. Robertson

Parks – Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 15, 2015, at St. Joseph Catholic Church for Sybil C. Robertson, 85, who passed away on Monday, July 27, 2015.
Father Ed Degeyter will conduct the services.
A native of Parks, La., born on March 18, 1930, she attended Breaux Bridge High School, graduating in 1949. She graduated from Texas Beauty School in Port Arthur, Texas.
Survivors include her son, Neil and wife Deirdre; grandchildren, Danielle Jackson and husband Joey, and Byron Robertson and wife Shawntel; and six great-grandchildren, Joshua, Aaron, Jessica, Brees and Harlee Jackson, and Laykan Cole Robertson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Robertson; and her parents, Daniel and Eula Castille.
Her hobbies were playing bingo, cooking and baking cakes for others. She was a member of the St. Joseph/St. Louis Prayer Group. She loved spending time with her family.
The family would like to thank the staff of St. Agnes Nursing Home and Dr. Debra Dunham’s staff for their wonderful care.
