Vilson Simon

Funeral services were held on Monday, April 6, at Pellerin Funeral Home for Vilson “Bae Bae” Simon, 72, who passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2015, at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center.
Interment followed at St. Michael Cemetery in St. Martinville.
He is survived by his sons, Eraste M. Simon Sr., Richard Simon and Keith Simon; his daughters, Mrs. George (Julia) Savoy and Melenia Simon; his sisters, Mrs. Wallace (Ethel) Joseph Sr. and Mrs. David (JoAnna) Egland; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Matthews Simon; and his brother, Wilbert Simon Sr.
Pellerin Funeral Home of St. Martinville was in charge of arrangements.
