Floyd Joseph LeBlanc Sr.

Floyd Joseph LeBlanc Sr., fondly known as ‘Pops’, passed away at 88 years old on Monday, March 9, 2015.
Pops was born on March 15, 1926. He was a retired Army Sergeant Major and a WWII veteran.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Joyce Chauffe LeBlanc and their children Cynthia McCleary and her husband Dale, Katie Trahan and her husband Michael, Floyd Joseph LeBlanc Jr. and his wife Debra, Nanette Lewis and her husband Mark, Brenda LeBlanc and her husband Lee Feinswog, adn Lisa Eagle; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Also, from a previous marriage, he leaves a daughter, Kristina Sadoski and her husband Edward.
His surveying siblings include a brother, Donald LeBlanc and his wife Aggie; his sisters, Florence Broussard, Lena Martin and her husband Jim, and Kathleen LeBlanc and her husband Dewy Burke.
He will be remembered fondly by all in his extended family including many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joel LeBlanc and Adele Berard LeBlanc, and his son Thomas M. LeBlanc.
The family would like to express their most sincere appreciation to the dedicated staff of St. Martin Hospital and St. Agnes Nursing Home both in Breaux Bridge.
As per his wishes, there will be no formal services.
