Ernest Joseph Singleton

Private services will be held for Ernest “Jay” Singleton, 64, who died Wednesday, October 15, 2014, at his home.
Interment will be in the St. Rose of Lima Church Cemetery in Cecilia.
He is survived by his wife, Alberta Boyd Singleton of Henderson; his son, Jermole (Roxanne) Singleton of Houston, Texas; his brother, Lambert (Theresa) Singleton of Henderson; his grandchildren, Bria Mouton, Shia Mouton and Jermole Singleton Jr. of Cecilia, Jayden Singleton of New Iberia, Myesha Singleton of Silver Spring, Md., and Torell Jackson of Newport News, Va.; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Dalton and Anna Mae Roberts Singleton.
