Athalie Cormier Boutin

Funeral Services were held at 11 a.m., on Tuesday, July 29, 2014, at Pellerin Funeral Home in Breaux Bridge, for Athalie Cormier Boutin, 83, who passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2014, at J. Michael Morrow Memorial Nursing Home.
Rev. Rob Miller officiated at the funeral service.
Interment followed at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2 in Breaux Bridge.
Mrs. Boutin enjoyed being with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and loved cooking for them.
She also quilted baby blankets. She liked drinking coffee and visiting with family, friends and neighbors.
She is survived by her sons, Donnie Boutin of Tallahasse, FL, Hilden Boutin, Jr., Claude Boutin, Dale Boutin and his wife, Linda, Anthony “Tony” Boutin, all of Henderson, Lynn Boutin of Baton Rouge, Marcel Boutin and his wife, Sheryl, Terry Boutin and his wife, Sue, all of Tallahasse, FL, Chad Boutin and his wife, Janese of Henderson, her daughter, Mona Voorhies and her husband, Eddie of Breaux Bridge, her brother, Lennis Cormier of Gramercy, 22 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Hilden Boutin, Sr., her father, Martin Cormier,her mother, Theresa Trosclair Cormier, her son, Ferrell Jean Boutin, her sisters, Anna Mae Comb and Beulah Blanchard, her brothers, Frances Cormier, and Roy Cormier, and her grandchild, Summer Lynn Boutin.
Pallbearers were Claude Boutin, Dale Boutin, Lynn Boutin, Marcel Boutin, Terry Boutin and Chad Boutin.
Honorary pallbearers were Donnie Boutin, Hilden Boutin, Jr., Anthony “Tony” Boutin and Brenton Boutin.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge was in charge of arrangements.
