Official Trick or Treat moved to Friday

Because of the forecast of rain on Saturday, Oct. 31, Halloween, all sanctioned Trick or Treat activities in St. Martin Parish have been moved to Friday, Oct. 30, 6-8 p.m.
This includes all municipalities as well as the unincorporated areas of the parish.
In addition, Breaux Bridge Mayor Ricky Calais has changed the date for "Boo on the Bayou" to Friday.
"Boo" will take place on Bridge Street with a haunted house in the Teche Center For the Arts, the old movie theater in the 200 block of E. Bridge St.
The street will be closed from Washington to Main from 4:30 to 8 p.m.
