UPDATE: Lavar Williams turned himself in to the St Martinville Police Department today, Sept. 16.
The St. Martinville Police Department is requesting assistance from the public in locating Lavar Junuis Williams, 22, of St. Martinville.
Williams is wanted for illegal discharge of a weapon, criminal damage to property, resisting an officer and battery of an officer.
Anyone having knowledge to the whereabouts of Williams is asked to contact the St. Martinville Police Department at (337) 394-3001 or their local law enforcement agency.
