Two St. Martinville Men Arrested on Drug Charges

The St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office conducted an investigation in reference to possible illegal drug activity in a trailer park off of Russo Milazzo Road in St. Martinville. Today, Agents with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Mr. Christopher Filer, 35, St. Martinville and Mr. Ernie Filer. 56, also from St. Martinville. Agents recovered a significant amount of illegal narcotics during the arrest including amphetamines, hydrocodone, synthetic cannabinoids as well as a stolen 9mm handgun.

The Filers were were booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center on the following charges:
