Bonjour!
By the time this column is read, my daughter Tina I will have visited my son Steve in Florida. It’s a short trip specially so he can hear our voices and feel our touches. His daughter Maria and her family living in Tallahassee tend to her dad making sure he is comfortable. He is and being well cared for.
A chorus of voices from all sectors of our society has begun to sound an alarm. The path America is on cannot continue economically, socially, politically and morally.
Well, I was wrong again. The purple martins have not left. I’m pretty sure the babies have fledged, but the birds are still here. I wonder if they have to imprint the location on the youngsters before they leave?
