BLOOMING ON THE BAYOU THIS SATURDAY!

BLOOMING ON THE BAYOU ain’t your grandma’s flower show, although Granddad will probably appreciate the antique car show that is just part of the fun in Breaux Bridge this Saturday, April 19.

Another extra this year is a cook-off, “Anything Over Rice.”The action takes place at Parc des Ponts de Pont Breaux from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information on the garden show, call Deanna Welch, 739-3447; antique cars, Hubert Hebert, 332-1643; art walk, Liz Dejean, 278-8566; cook-off, Lee Castille, 962-4145.
