Cecilia – A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 25, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church for Patrick Davis Sr., 86, who passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017, at The Carpenter House St. Joseph Hospice.
Visiting hours will be observed from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. on Saturday at Pellerin Funeral Home in Cecilia.
Interment will follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery.
He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Beverly Mae Aubrey Davis; sons, Marvin Davis, Kenneth Davis, Edmond Davis and Dennis Davis; daughters, Hazel Smith, Mrs. James (Geneva) Brown, Mrs. Floyd (Geraldine) Walker, Denise Wiltz, and Mea. Patrick (Mary Agnes) Calais; brothers, Nesly Davis and Wesly Davis; 27 grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by sons, Alvin, Patrick Jr. and Irvin Davis; daughter, Stella Davis; brothers, Andrew Davis and Adam Landor; sister, Eunice Williams; and one grandchild.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Cecilia is in charge of arrangements.
