Michael R. Guidry

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, July 16, at St. Joseph Catholic Church for Michael Robert Guidry, 66, who passed away on Sunday, July 13, 2014.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 9 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday at Pellerin Funeral Home.
Michael was a native of Cecilia and a resident of Baton Rouge.
He is survived by his son, Matthew Guidry; his daughter, Mrs. Michael (Michelle) Wich; three brothers, Larry Guidry, Jimmy Guidry and Tony Guidry; two sisters, Mrs. Dale (Margaret) Trahan and Cheryl G. Green; and four grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Paul “Blanco” Guidry and Rita Willis Guidry; and his brother, Tommy C. Guidry.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Cecilia is in charge of arrangements.
