Hilda ‘Z’ L. Johnson

Breaux Bridge – A Mass of Christian Burial wase celebrated on Thursday, March 23, at St. Bernard Catholic Church for Hilda “Z” LeBlanc Johnson, 96, who passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017.
Interment followed at St. Bernard Cemetery No. 2.
She is survived by her daughters, Linda Hanes of Carencro and Mrs. Anthony (Cynthia) Benfatti of Slidell; 10 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her stepson, Wesley Hebert, and his two children, six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Johnson; son, Terry Johnson; daughter, Judy J. Bernard; brothers, Lawrence and Nick LeBlanc; and sisters, Shirley, Alice, Flo, Rena, Lou and Pearly.
Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge was in charge of arrangements.
