Frank Joseph Malveaux Jr.

New Iberia – A Funeral Service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, October 7, 2017, at Believer’s Family Worship Center in New Iberia for Frank Joseph Malveaux Jr., 68, who passed away on Friday, September 29, 2017, at Iberia Medical Center.
The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 7 a.m. until 10 a.m. on Saturday at Believer’s Family Worship Center, 1604 E. Admiral Doyle Drive, New Iberia, LA 70560.
Bishop Jeffery Archangel will officiate at the Funeral Service. Interment will follow at House of Love Cemetery in St. Martinville.
Mr. Malveaux enjoyed spending time cooking, fishing, and doing construction work. He cherished every moment spent with his family, especially his grandchildren and daughters.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary Narcisse Malveaux of St. Martinville; sons, Corey Malveaux and fiancée Kristie of New Iberia, Morlon Malveaux and wife LaVonda of Federal Way, Wash., Derek Malveaux and wife Brandi of Houston, Texas, Michael Malveaux and wife Ateya of Lake Charles, and Ramon Wicks and wife Ida of Lafayette; daughters, Racheal Bilbo and husband Joseph of Lake Charles, Rebecca Malbrue and husband Corey of Broussard, and Roshanna Wicks of St. Martinville; brothers, Warren Malveaux of St. Martinville, Ernest Malveaux of New Iberia, Russell Malveaux of Lafayette, Clifton Malveaux of Shreveport, and LJ Malveaux of St. Martinville; sister, Mary Ann Jones of Shreveport; 15 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild; and two godchildren, Mickie Francis of St. Martinville and Tina Malveaux of California.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Georgianna and Frank Malveaux Sr.; son, Doran Malveaux; and sister, Rose Matthews.
Pallbearers will be Corey Malveaux, Morlon Malveaux, Derek Malveaux, Michael Mal-veaux, Ramon Wicks, and Deion Malveaux.
Honorary pallbearers will be Warren Malveaux, Ernest Malveaux, Russell Malveaux, Clifton Malveaux, LJ Malveaux, Clarence Narcisse, August Narcisse and Lawrence Narcisse.
