Eula ‘Teekie’ Gertrude Broussard

A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted for Eula “Teekie” Gertrude Broussard, 86, at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 4, 2014, at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church with Fr. L. F. Jose officiating. Interment will follow at St. Elizabeth’s Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at St. Elizabeth’s Catholic Church on Saturday from 9 a.m. until service time.
Ms. Broussard was a native of Coteau Holmes, attended school and then held a career in accounting and financing in Shreveport. She returned to Coteau Holmes to care for her mother after she became ill. She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Ms. Broussard passed away peacefully on Monday, September 29, 2014, at St. Martinville Rehabilitation Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. Fauldies “Pat” Broussard and Mrs. Gertrude Cockfield Broussard.
