Doris Guidry Tabor

St. Martinville – A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Saturday, Sept. 16, at St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church for Doris Guidry Tabor, 81, who passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 13, 2017, at Maison du Monde in Abbeville.
Interment followed at St. Michael Mausoleum.
She is survived by her son, Elvist Tabor Jr.; daughters, Mrs. Mark (Monica) Ferrara, Mrs. Buddy (Angela) Racca, Mrs. Lonnie (Karen) Vice Sr. and Mrs. Robby (Melissa) Bishop; brothers, Harold and Alcide Guidry; sister, Mrs. Stanley (Agnes) Reaux; nine grandchildren, five step grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two step great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elvist Tabor Sr.
Pellerin Funeral Home of St. Martinville was in charge of arrangements.
